good service from coopers, but this app is appalling. previous version was ok and worked, but it's gradually got worse over the last few months. now unable to book a car with the app so need to call the office, which is really easy and quicker than the app anyway. sorry, but this app needs an update that actually works.
taxi service is great. however updated app doesn't work very well. menu selection not working, cant clear booking history/ cancelled booking / shows no booking even when there is (confirmed booking by phone) etc. please get the app working on android
